Good luck Lief. While I will not be voting for you, I respect the years of service which you have provided in Atlasia. I look forward to a lively and productive campaign season.

is the person that will be your VP a well known poster?

We can speculate, but better to just wait for the announcement. I have a feeling we won't be shocked by the pick.

I asked this in the last presidential election debate and I would like to repeat this question, in a slightly modified form, as the first question posed to this campaign:

Were the Constitutional Convention to pass a Constitution that causes major upheavals for the legislative and other branches, how would you attempt to ease such a transition?

Awesome. Assuming everyone else is okay with it I'll make a thread.

Perhaps we can leave it to Jas as the non-partisan moderator to open the debate thread?

If I may ask, why do you support abolishing the regions, and what good would it do?

None whatsoever, especially for new members like you looking to get involved. Goodbye regional assembly(ies).

Well, I don't support abolishing regions either. But personally I believe the chances of it happening are near 0%, so I'm not too worried about it... Wink

True. Hard to imagine the regions voting to abolish themselves.

That said, it is no comfort that a candidate for President wants to abolish the backbone of the introduction to the game.

Congrats guys. Pending all the crap that's about to fly in court, I look forward to working with the two of you to improve this game for everyone.
