So, as GM, do I get to decide if/when war breaks out and, if so, do I get to kill off whomever I want?

But joking aside, yeah it would be nice if people actually commented on these sorts of things, not because they are very important, but because a simulation game isn't fun if people don't take it at least semi-seriously. Of course, this is why I have all but given up reporting on foreign events anymore... no one cares.
