Sorry to bump this old thread, but I found it very amusing:

4. This is obviously Paris, but I'll pretend it's an older part of New York. 80% D.

This actually voted over 90% Sarkozy (even over 70% Fillon!) and is one of the, if not the most, right-wing localities in France...
