Yeah, Easley has some probs.

What about Elaine Marshall?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elaine_Marshall

She's ran for Senate before, and I believe she wouldn't have to even give up her current job to run.

yes, easley is basically a crook.

elaine marshall is a horrible candidate.  her claim to fame is she once beat richard petty.

what about bob ethridge?  he has won statewide before.

but anyway, burr=safe.

Anyway, Raleigh mayor Charles Meeker is a bit too anti-gun to win in an off-year

Richard Moore is probably the highest-profile name still out there.

Brad-Miller (D-13) might be alright.

There's a collection of State Senators and Representatives still interested.

You're ridiculous.

im realistic.

Really? Faircloth still has the ability to do that?

Oh...did you think I was talking about Edwards? I figured it was more likely that Faircloth would switch parties and run than having Edwards ever run for office again.   Wink

Then again, that guy's arrogance is so out of control. He'll probably take another stab at elected office in a few years.

faircloth has already changed parties once.

he was a liberal back in the day.  no kidding.
