massachusetts cigarette tax is only $1.51, which is far too low.

i support a cigarette tax of at least $2.50 per pack.

no, not at all.

my support of high cigarette taxes has little to do with my feelings on smoking. i like voluntary taxes. smoking is a voluntary activity.

sin taxes are capitalism at work. it exploits the addicted.
