Clinton wouldn't take the slot, and Obama wouldn't offer it.

Clinton would not want to offer it to Obama, and Obama wouldn't want to take it...Dean & Co. may convince them to go ahead with it for the sake of party unity if she wins on superdelegates...but I personally find it hard to envision Obama taking the VP slot at that point.
