Not to mention the unpredictability of TRUMP's reaction after the nomination is taken from him.
This. I still think Cruz is a more certain loser than Trump, because the latter could try just about anything after clinching the nomination and get away with it media-wise. Sure, Cruz might lose with 47% and hold the senate vs. a blowout with Trump, but it's just about impossible to see him cracking the 2X Obama wall, while Trump conceivably could flip large swaths of the Midwest if he runs to the center fast enough.
Those that think Cruz is more electable are more basketcase then he is. We just elected Barrack Obama for 2 terms and passed gay marriage across the country and we are going to.......ELECT TED CRUZ ? Hillary has about a 80% chance as it stands to win in Nov. The GOP is running out of time to rally around trump if they want any shot of winning.
