The actual story(no fondling) sounds believable. Biden has a history of making stupid and inappropriate comments. While rude and inappropriate, I'm not sure it rises to a level of sexual harassment though.

Heads up, the reporter in question deleted her thread because of the amount of criticism it got. She only mentions Biden not attending in the 9th tweet. I'll repost her new thread when it appears.

Why was it receiving criticism?

The thread in question reports the allegations as if they were credible, getting a quote from Christine O'Donnell herself claiming Biden was there. However, only by tweet 5 does the reporter start addressing the fact that Biden wasn't at the dinner where Eva Murray claims Biden harassed her. He was at home recovering from surgery. At tweet 9, we find out Biden sent a video message instead.

I'm not sure the reporter is going to post about the story again. While I have issues with how she reported the allegation, she did find out Biden was not at the event and Eva Murry appears to have made up this entire thing.

The original story posted by Law and Crime has been removed. Fox News also seems to be confirming Biden was not at the Gridiron Dinner in 2008. So, that's that then.

I do think this is a possibility. 400 people in a crowded ball room, a majority of whom are old white men. Probably not that hard to mix them up.
