Trump will likely be responsible for more Jewish deaths that Hitler was, given the current population of Israel.

David Duke and the rest of Trump's fanboys are undoubtedly thrilled.

Excuse me?

Excuse me?

Now Iran is free to restart up their nuclear program and turn their "death to Israel" threats into reality.

Most Republicans believe that all Jews will burn in Hell. Thanks to Trump, they may actually burn in nuclear holocaust instead.

Israel has nukes. Why would Iran nuke Israel when Israel would just nuke back?

Word is that Europe is going encourage their companies to continue to do business in Iran in order to keep Iran in the agreement. Essentially dare the US to issue sanctions against European companies.

This is Trump giving red meat to voters, that's it. We'll withdraw, implement a few token sanctions and allow Europeans to continue to keep Iran in check all while Trump panders to his base.

You're assigning rational thought to genocidal psychotic armaggedeonist religious nutjobs.

You have less of a grasp on the situation than Trump has. The government of Iran is not run by comic book villians.

What I think will happen:

Iran and the other members of the JCPOA will continue the agreement without us. Trump will reinstate financial sanctions but avoid any new oil sanctions. He will threaten European companies doing business with Iran but take very little meaningful action otherwise. Should be noted Iran does almost 10 times as much business with the Europeans than they do with America so our sanctions wont be all that painful. I don't think much changes outside of America's influence continuing to diminish. It'll take at least a decade to build back up the confidence Trump has eroded.

The European's have definitely had time to prepare for this.

Well, John Bolton has flown off the rails and is now threatening our European allies with sanctions if they continue on with the Iran Deal: https://www.cnn.com/2018/05/13/politics/john-bolton-iran-deal-cnntv/index.html

"Its possible" = Not likely.

At least in my opinion.

Republicans will say this is a good deal though. As long as I live I well never take anything any Republican says seriously again. Everything they touch just reeks of bad faith.

If it's what South Korea wants, we should agree to it.
