Everyone picked the Bears to beat Rams and they are losing to the Rams, Rams are awesome

It's 7-3. We are 1/3 of the way through the game.

Also, 11 of 16 players picked the Rams.

Falcons can't win unless they win dirty apparently. I was neutral in last night's game but that hit(s) on Bridgewater was egregious.

They've put you in first place for the week at the moment (you were the only one to pick them).

For the sportscaster hall of fame: "The Ravens are down three starters, two on offense and two on defense."

Cincinnati and Minnesota could pull early upsets, and it looks like very few people picked either. In fact, it looks like no one picked the Vikings and only Politics Fan picked Cincinnati, also Rams are down three possessions to Miami, we could be in for a bunch of upsets

Definitely an upset-filled week so far, and as a result everyone has at least 3 wrong with the late games still to go.

Bears score 10 in the last 3+ minutes to send it to OT.

If the Giants win tonight, the pick'em players will have a collective losing record for the week.

At the moment, the entire pick'em group is within *two* games of each other for the week.  Seven people are 8-4, seven are 9-3, and one (Extreme) is 10-2.

Quote
Paul Hornung, the "Golden Boy" who starred for Notre Dame in the 1950s and the Green Bay Packers in the 1960s, has died at age 84, the Louisville Sports Commission announced Friday.

Hornung, born Dec. 23, 1935, in Louisville, Kentucky, was one of only seven players to win the Heisman Trophy and be named NFL MVP by The Associated Press. The others were Lamar Jackson, Cam Newton, Barry Sanders, Marcus Allen, Earl Campbell and O.J. Simpson.
...
Hornung won the Heisman in 1956 while playing for a 2-8 Notre Dame team. In becoming the only player to win the award while starring for a losing team, Hornung led the Fighting Irish in passing, rushing, scoring, kickoff returns, punt returns and punting. On defense, he led the team in passes broken up and was second in tackles and interceptions.

I remember seeing him playing on TV when I was a kid.  One of the all-time greats.

The Bucs leads the Panthers 46-23 with 4 minutes left, which if it holds up will be a scorigami (a final score that's never occurred before).

Unbelievable finish in the Bills-Cardinals game.  A 43-yard TD pass with 2 seconds left gives the Cards a 32-30 win.

It's clear that the hit on Brees was dirty, if Saints can't bring back Brees they will return to being an EXPANSION TEAM WITH JAMES WINSTON AS QB. Rams have a chance to win Superbowl as they always beat the Saints with Brees

Heath Shuler,  Danny Weufel are the infamous QBs before Brees era😃😃😃

Brees is a great QB, but he is the same age as Peyton Manning, goodbye Brees, he has to know when it's time to quit just like Manning did with kneck injuries

Heath Shuler is a politician from North Carolina

He was also a star quarterback for the University of Tennessee and played for several NFL teams, including the Saints.
