Also just so this is clear, are we allowed to change our Steelers/Titans pick for the week when the game will actually be held?

Yes, and in fact everyone will need to pick it again before that week.  All the picks for it already posted are canceled.

The general answer: you can change your pick for a game any time up to the start time of that game.  If you do this, please make it a new reply rather than editing your original post (it's too easy for me to miss the latter).
