So in two minutes we've got a four way race between a NIMBYistic, kleptocratic, out of touch, bad manager, a corrupt egomaniac with a penchant for insane education plans, a fairly conservative city manager, and an empty suit. And of course on the sidelines there is the insanely out of touch financier, the staff abusing woke lunatic, and the creep.

Question: If Garcia really has 25% and Wiley 24% going into the penultimate round, then isn't it possible that the uncounted absentees put her ahead of Garcia, making it her v. Adams in the final round?
