It's probably a toss-up whether he wins it outright. Trump lost it by only 7 while losing nationally by 4 and winning Florida by 3. If Rubio wins Florida by 10 like people are predicting, he might pick up Miami-Dade. It's a question how high he can push his margins with Cubans. Trump already won them by like 40, idk if Rubio could win them by 60+. Maybe he already did in 2016.
