SpongeBob: Preforming at the Komedy Krab, he jokes "How do you get a human angry? Why just put it in a room with another human! They'd kill each other over their favorite color!" The crowd laughs, and Sandy is happy they're at least not laughing at squirrels again.

Patrick: Pro-is-real? Pro is real? What's pro referring to?

Squidward: Would launch into a tirade about how humans are violent uncultured savages who can't appreciate good clarinet music.

Sandy: Would comment that underwater she doesn't have to worry about whatever stupid war the humans will fight next.

Mr. Krabs: Strongly agrees with whichever side gives him more money, or whichever side will attract more customers to the Krusty Krab. In Bikini Bottom this is very likely to be neither.

Plankton: Strongly pro-Palestine

Pearl: Pro-Palestine because she's a teenager following what's popular on TikTok. Note that Pearl was a teenager back when the show was on the air, if we age her up around two decades this may not be the case.

Ms. Puff: No opinion

Karen: Pretends to agree with Plankton, her husband, for domestic peace.

Gary: Has read several books on the subject and believes the central issue is that the Camp David accords didn't go far enough in enshrining a two-state solution. Just kidding, he doesn't care.
Larry the Lobster- He is too distracted to have an opinion
Flying Dutchman- wants the Ottoman Empire to rule it again
