The thread question said nothing about coercion. It's just based on the notion that you could choose people who'd willingly accept it. Which is not plausible but neither is almost any scenario posted here.

Also is Glenn Greenwald Jewish? I didn't know that if so. I just assumed he was an atheist. Regardless his religion or lack thereof is not what makes him so insufferably annoying.

I don't know how religious he is, but he's ethnically Jewish. As should be apparent by bring a Dustin Hoffman doppleganger. Unless you're going to pretend you don't know about secular and atheist Jews.

And thus Max Bemis is a Christian Jew. But it's irrelevant because that's referring to the Jewish ethnic identity, not the religion of Judaism.

The fact that Jews who convert to Christianity are still ethnically Jewish does not negate the history of Christians forcibly converting Jews, nor does it negate the fact that the Christians who forcibly converted Jews had no interest in preserving ethnic Jewish identity.
