Nope.  For one thing, Satan does not rule Hell.  For another, even if Satan did handle punishment for God, Trump is not special in any way.

I don't know about Satan and Hell, but certainly Donald Trump is as evil as Stalin, Hitler and Mao.  I certainly agree that he's not special in that many Rethugs are just as evil.
