I can't speak about his character, but his politics are way too extreme for my liking. The idea of a class realignment between Communism and "MAGA" is interesting aesthetically, but National Bolshevism is a horrific ideology.

I would say his politics are less "extreme" than "incoherent."

The problem with the Internet is we give dipsh**t 17 year old edgelords free rein to broadcast their dumb ideas and give them attention/outrage over it. Usually they grown out of it.
