Even by the standards of bad Family Guy fillers, this one has to be among the most dull and unimaginative, only rivaled by Conway Twitty videos and, even worse and often three times as long, the Giant Chicken fights.
Those are dreadful, but this one isn't bad precisely because it's so short and random. In general though this era of Family Guy was the worst - Brian was obnoxiously preachy, the plots were completely stupid (Red Bull, "the Bird is the Word".) It's gotten much better in recent seasons.
