I think this bill is a step in the right direction, as I don't think it's right to prosecute teenagers as sex offenders for what is generally regarded as socially acceptable/expected behavior. But I worry that this may open up the door to adult exploitation. I think we should amend this to include age exemptions, something more along the lines of the canadian system might be better.

Actually that's more conservative than I'd prefer but I'd be willing to vote on that.
