Woodrow Wilson, who spend every day of his damn presidency sending Marines to every place in Latin America he could find on the map.

Still, those were relatively limited operations (and came with much fewer casualties) than escalating the Vietnam War.

I dont think escalating Vietnam necessarily makes him more hawkish in policy than Wilson.
US casualties in World War I were greater than Vietnam. In addition with Wilson you had invasions of Mexico, Haiti, Honduras, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Cuba, and Russia.
