It largely depends on the episode really. One episode SpongeBob could be a Massive FF and the next episode a Massive HP.
But as for my general opinions of every character:
SpongeBob: FF (most of the time, sometimes HP in the later episodes)
Patrick: FF in the earlier episodes, mostly HP in the later ones
Squidward: FF
Mr. Krabs: HP (most of the time, still has some fantastic episodes)
Plankton: FF (My favorite character, very entertaining most of the time)
Pearl: FF
Sandy: FF
Karen: FF
Mrs. Puff: FF
Gary: FF
