Seeing as we have 10 votes for Ishan already, that is a majority of the Senate, I hereby declare him elected.

Ishan may now appoint a Deputy PPT if he so wishes.

I see the majority PPT has chosen an opposition Deputy PPT - as was the case in the previous two terms. I think this is a fair convention.
