I like how the most common answer is the same as the stereotypical answer to the question "Which U.S. state is the most racist?"
And if you go by the (wrong) idea that homophoby is coincident to opposition to same-sex marriage, Alabama and Mississippi are the best answer.
I don't know which U.S. state is the most homophobic, and probably it is impossible to know. Data on racism always seem to have flaws, and I imagine that data on homophoby are likely more scarce and more inconclusive.
Why am I writing such a long answer to a bronz thread, by the way?
