Might as well get used to it.  If you're expecting threads that are completely original day-in-and-day-out, you're going to be disappointed.  

Yeah but like why not using the old thread until it runs out of space???

Threads might be old and out of momentum, people don't take the time to scour through old threads to see if their query has already been asked, etc. etc.

I've noticed that you have little patience for repeat and/or "ridiculous" threads.  That's fine -- we probably don't need ten threads across five days about how Florida will vote in 2020.  But all I'm saying is that you'll have a much better time here if you just learn to ignore them or report them if they're egregiously breaking the site's rules.
