In the spirit of cooperation I put this bill together at the behest of Western Democrat who wants to devolve the matter or speed limits to the Regions. This bill achieves that for most speed limits, except for aircraft and trains which will remain a federal issue. I invite WD to speak on this as well.
First of all, thank you for authoring this bill. Our drivers deserve to be free from the oppressive and draconian restrictions the federal government imposes on them. Regions shall impose limits as they see fit, and additionally this will spur much needed debate in our regional legislatures.
