Thank you Speaker Dwarven. It is unfortunate that we are at a place where we need to crack down at the affluent but we have unfortunately arrived. For far too long the 1% has profited off of extravagant  wealth while the poorest individuals struggle to survive off scraps of food. With the targeting of excessive wealth which can be used to help with deficit shrinking, we can head in a direction of fiscal responsibility as well as the consideration that while the rich are getting richer, the poor are not.

With all due respect to your opposition, I am open to eliminating the Curbing Greed section. That way individuals who make greater than $460,000 can keep their wealth but must still share their wealth with those who may be struggling to get by.

I'd like to add Reactionary's clause which would keep the curb greed clause for lawyers and politicians. While the no bought politicians act covers politicians, this will close any potential loopholes as well as prevent attorney's from making any unnecessary profit , make it tougher for them to accept bribes and collect excessive gifts.

I object to the motion, and would like clarification from the gentleman as to the definitions of "boss" and "head".  What is the difference, as the terms are used in this bill?
Boss = Immediate supervisor
Head = Whoever is the highest ranking/authority employee in the building
