This time around, unlike in 2020, we don't have a criminal Attorney General.
Trump's stolen election claims was the reason Barr resigned so I wouldn't call him a criminal.
They'd likely fail because the justice department would prevent such a thing from happening. The only way it could succeed is if Lake/Finchem appealed and the SC pulled a Bush.
