At least before 2014, they still had the WV state legislature. They didn't win a single chamber of a state legislature in a Trump state in either 2016 or 2020, and of course the vice versa exists.

Republicans won both NH chambers, both AZ chambers, both MI chambers, both WI chambers, both PA chambers, both GA chambers, and the MN House Senate in 2020.  These were all Biden states.
