The problem with the "Qanon will take over the entire Republican base" theory is that there is really is a lot of lore involved which most people, including the ordinary folk in the Republican base, won't have the time or patience to read into. In certain primaries, Qanon-friendly window dressing might come to rile up a substantial minority of the electorate (including widespread suspicion towards an alleged global paedophile network with a liberal aesthetic), but I still suspect it's too complex (with the regular leaks and cryptic messaging etc.) to "go mainstream" beyond the Trumpiest of districts.

Wow! Trump is just like Thanos! 2016 was just like "the snap!" Joe Biden is Captain America! Barack Obama is like Nick Fury! Kamala Harris is Black Widow! The DNC is just like the Walt Disney Corporation! 2020 is like when the good guys reversed time to go back and save the world! WOOooooOOOAH

Even taking that at face value, the analogy falls apart because when Falcon says, "On your left," Iron Man accuses him of helping Thanos and then they all start relitigating the snap.
