Biden's response to Trump's "downplay" comments were really heated and intense. I think Trump is going to really struggle in these debates.

Anecdotally, from what I've seen just scrolling through the media & pundit coverage, plus a mixture of the Twitter hashtag, Biden's performance was received pretty positively.

Lol, even a couple rightwingers were saying he did fine but only because the host was nice to him, and the followed it up with, "But don't worry guys, Biden's not ready to handle Trump!"

The thing is, though, not enough people watched this for it to really sway anyone either way.
