There's a large collection of precincts in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, that swung 60+ points to Trump. It's crazy.

Seriously, in these relatively populated precints that swung 60+ points either direction, did that many people genuinely change their minds from 2016, or did a lot of people just move, or what?
