The Republicans already started the unconstitutional power grabs.  How much further do they need to go before we start playing the same game?

We don't need power grabs, but we need things that make the system more fair, such as admitting DC and PR, just because it's the right thing to do to give those people a voice. Making it easier to vote and making RCV universal would also help.

I disagree. We can’t take this lying down. A 6-3 Conservative SC is not acceptable

I agree, but making packing the court the norm is more of a long term consequence for Democracy.
