She's a unique and fascinating character and she's polarizing, which equals ratings.  That doesn't mean she's a political threat to Obama and *THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA OMG*

I do think most posters here exaggerate her ineptitude though, especially the Republicans who constantly talk about how they'd vote for Obama if she became the nominee.
