states I care about:
Parson: Retirement (technically could run in 2024, but has said on multiple occasions that he will not)
Kelly: Runs for reelection and then probably retires because of her age (she'd be 76 at the end of her second term). Unfortunate, as she'd probably be a strong Senate candidate if trends in Kansas continue.
Cox: Runs for reelection, potentially more than once, and wins easily. He might eventually run for something else, or he might sit on the governorship forever. It doesn't really matter. He can have any office he wants in Utah.
