I would call New Hampshire and Iowa idiosyncratic on the basis of their extreme elasticity.

Utah is also idiosyncratic: the deeply Republican state that doesn't like Trump.

Missouri has some of the most typical voting patterns of any state IMO--so much so that it's almost atypical.

Pretty much. It will only get more typical, too - just waiting on St. Charles County and the northern KC suburbs to realign.
