Have to admit I don't know perfectly well, but if I were trying to draw a perfect district for you I'd probably aim for a majority-white-but-still-pretty-diverse, middle-class, urban Chicago district.

I guess the closest thing to this currently would be IL-7, but central Chicago is so baconstripped that it's hard to pinpoint one.
