Assuming Obama has an average first term, and his approval rating is above 50%:


I think this is right.  BTW, the only way a Democrat can win North Dakota is if they spend more time in Bismarck
and Dickinson than they do in Richmond or Miami; otherwise, the strong Republican vote on the west side of
the state will always overtake good Democratic turnout on the east side.  Who is going to spend that much
cash on 3 electoral votes (unless, of course, you're Al Gore in 2000)?
