Anyone want to guess when she'll announce and what format? Will it be a video? A rally? Where?

Right, and wouldn't she want to avoid skirting FEC law especially given the fact that she has come under scrutiny for not following rules? Also if it's going to be some other state (as opposed to an early state), it will be in NY.
