Seems likely.

Clinton would be a boring, safe and very competent president. Washington would be gridlocked as usual. Democrats would approve of Clinton, Republicans would disapprove. Much like Obama, possibly with a bit less enthusiastic support from the left and a bit more soft support from foreign policy republicans.
