Is Joe Kennedy IV a future Senate prospect in 2018 assuming Brown-R survives or Warren-D decides to retire or run for higher office.). Joe's grandfather Bobby was elected to the US Senate at age of 38, granduncle Jack was 35, and granduncle Ted was 30 when they were first elected to the US Senate.  This is if Joe Kennedy IV wants to run for his granduncles old US Senate Seat.
