Maybe I'm out of the loop, but who is looking to win the biggest statehouse for both sides?

The budget there is a nightmare in a state that some seem to think is ungovernable given the size and the problems. 

Does the GOP have any shot to even make the race competitive?  Arnold is a RINO and that helped us out a lot, as well as the weak Phil Angelides in 06, but I don' t know that it will help us in 2010.
