I don't think I could commit the time to something like that.
Who is the targeted audience of your blog?
It really doesn't take too much time for me to actually write/post something. What takes me the longest time is to think of/focus on one topic (hence the "scattered mind" on the blog title). As far as an audience goes, I don't have one targetted with this blog. It is more of an experiment for me, to see if I can actually "do it," so I'm just taking topics or items of interest and adding them to the site. So far I have 24 posts on there, so that's about two posts per day. Who knows what direction (if any) this blog will take down the roads. 
A friend of mine works for a newspaper, and does a blog as part of her job. It's tough coming up with new issues to talk about day in and day out.
I'd probably be OK for the first couple of weeks, but after that, it would be tough.
