In the next issue of "Rolling Stone", expect Adam to announce his sexuality. I'm pretty sure he'll say he's gay.

Wow. Breaking news kind of stuff.
Totally. It will be flying off the racks.
Someone from MSN was going after Adam, saying he's rude and a diva. She's just jealous of Adam.

I...um...oh my.

Totally. It leaves me speechless when people go after Adam for no reason. He's a remarkably talented singer, and an amazing artist. Some people just won't accept him for who he is.
Thank you for spreading this, Phil. People need to learn to be able to accept Adam for who he is. I'm glad you agree with that.

Ben? I didn't know you also supported Adam. Smiley

We need a constitutional amendment to define marriage as between one man and one penguin!

Give them time.

He's real good at singin. But I liked Kris better.
Good...GOOD???
He was amazing, dude. Simply amazing. His vocal skills were wicked awesome. Good is a major understatement. It's like calling a fat person "slightly overweight".

He can hint them high notes, but when you take it up the butt everynight you get a lot of practice hinting them high notes.
Wink
Haha
Yes, I bet you do

What is funny about that?

Because my dad's sperm entered my mom's egg cell thus creating a zygote and nine months later I crawled out of her uterus?

The last three are AMAZINGly good ones.  Hard to choose.  Jewish Con is probably my favorite of the group but I like Naso (reaganfan) alot.  Bayh 10 is too liberal for me but I think he will come around.  He is usually very nice and at least is open to fair disucssion of issues.  You dont get that with most here in the leftist echoe chamber.

Am I really a liberal???

How the heck does a 10-year-old drop in a Johnny Cash reference?
He isn't 10...

That would seem like the obvious explanation.  Do you know this for sure?
Nope, just a guess. Despite what some members might think, he is actually very politically smart, for his "age". I would guess that he decided to say he's 10, so members wouldn't give him such a hard time for making such crappy posts.

Everything in that thread belongs in here, but I didn't feel like quoting it all.

In 2016, Mark Warner will be elected at age 61.

I hope so.
I'd be really happy with either him or Brian Schweitzer as president.

You're both just complete douche bags. Based on the personality of everyone on this thing- i'd say you all  got picked on in high school alot.

Discussing Hawaii:

The only reason Obama won it by so much because he was "born there". It would have been a toss-up otherwise.
That wasn't funny...

Correct, it was just ignorant.
Not really...
From 2004:
http://archives.starbulletin.com/2004/10/24/news/story2.html

From 2008, between McCain and Clinton (4 point Clinton Lead):
http://www.surveyusa.com/client/PollReport.aspx?g=fd78c13e-4cd9-4fef-ac69-a678ce83d9e2%20

I mean, it probably wouldn't have been a toss-up on election day with the economy tanking, but it would have been winnable for McCain, or any other Republican before that. Lingle certainly would have easily won it.

Okay, I just had to get this off my chest...

It is February in 2037, only weeks after a Republican is sworn into office. And bombings happen in the states of Idaho, Montana, North and South Dakota, Wisconsin, Mississippi, and New Hampshire. Those states succeed and create their own country because the president pays no attention. Therefore, in the 2040 election, many states are very mad at the president. So what states, if any, would the republican be able to win?

p.s. use green for the succeeded states.

ROFL! I must thank catmusic, for making me laugh harder than I have in weeks. The title is what really got me going.

Democrats:
Evan Bayh
Hillary Clinton
Bill Clinton
John F. Kennedy
Franklin Roosevelt
Brad Ellsworth
Jim Shellinger
Rod Blagojevich
Albert Gore
More of a personal thing, since I've met him before, and he seemed really down to earth.

Yeah.
Once the 2010 elections draw closer, I'll be sporting another Rick Perry signature. My family goes back with him. My parents went to church with him, and they had a little weekly bible study together. Then my older brother went to college with Rick's son. Not sure which one though...
So yeah, I'm pretty much forced to support Perry, even though I like Hutchison a lot! Smiley

Now it makes sense cuase I knew you liked Hutchinson and so the Perry signature seemed weird.
Yeah, she was my signature for a while! My Dad had a cow when he saw that. He no longer likes Hutchison since she's challenging Perry.

Congrats, you win me not caring!

Would you like your prize delivered to your home or work address?

How about my school?

A cursory Google search returns over eighty elementary schools in the Bakersfield area.  You'll need to tell us which one it is if you want us to help you.

It makes me feel pathetic when I act like a pathetic Republican hack and everyone actually believes me.
Thompson probably won't run, and if he does, he probably won't win. Hoevan isn't even running in ND. Lincoln isn't in that bad of shape, and would get crushed if she ran as a Republican in the primaries. Illinois is an extreme longshot, and Obama will probably campaign there. The rest are winnable, though the chances of Republicans winning all of them are very low.

I do think Republicans will make gains in the Senate. Same in the House. Just not enough to take over.
