This seems fine. Would there be a possibility of money going to Regional Treasurer's office via unclaimed property to give the citizen an opportunity to collect it even past the 7 years?

I object because the assembly is not at a full complement of 5 members. I intend to object to most votes until we have our vacancy(ies) filled.
