Torie isn't as up-to-date on current law as I would like, but I have no doubt that he would be able to quickly catch up to speed. Considering how quickly that could occur, I think it would be an absolute shame if this body rejected this nominee, as he is leaps and bounds the most qualified and capable person for the position.
