8,000 dead infants in New York City 1920 was "nice to see"?  How many dead infants would you need to say it's "wonderful"?

The nyc swill milk scandal was in the 1850s and led to the passing of dairy regulation.  We can legalize raw milk without allowing the cows to be fed distillery waste or the addition of chalk or plaster of paris as filler.

Lots of measles, polio, diptheria, whooping cough in 1850 also.  The anti-vaxxers make a similar argument.  So many things have changed since then, we don't need vaccines anymore anyway.
