Option 3. Lets renormalize the kilt.
I'm doing my part. Rock that bad boy at the occasional wedding.
Wedding I went to in April had the groom in a kilt.
I can top that. At my brother's second wedding the groom and all the groomsmen - including me, the best man - wore kilts and for that matter full traditional Scottish Regalia. Notable, but not particularly out-of-place in the mixed Buddhist-Wiccan wedding held in a Catholic school chapel with a screen pulled over the saints on the back wall. And there were swords they stepped over I had to place down and pick up, complete with popping joints. Stressful for me, but in retrospect a hell of an interesting event.
Oh, I almost forgot about the tea ceremony that was also part of it.
