If the present trend in the UK continues until the next election, I see no reason why the Conservatives under the leadership of David Cameron would not win the election, something along the lines of your 2008 map.

Although I believe the southern states you show in red would be more for the Conservatives than for Labour, while Maine, Connecticuit, and Pennsylvania would be more for Labour than for the Conservatives.
