Two scandals emerge involving President Hart, both coming out the same day, October 2, 1992.
One scandal involves a clandestine rendesvouz that took place in the summer of 1991 between the President and a young 18 year old female model, complete with film footage, taken on the deck of a yacht off the coast of Catalina. The film footage was only showing them holding hands.
The other scandal reveals that President Hart, using his knowledge as President, in the spring of 1991, had advised a corporate executive friend of his of a government policy coming into effect the following week, which would cause the large banks stock share prices to rise significantly in about a week. His corporate friend bought $4,000,000.00 of shares one day later in two of the large banks, and turned it around within one week into $20,000,000.00.
