Letter to the Editor
I read with interest your article Reflections upon the Electoral Defeat
Have you ever considered that perhaps the Conservatives offered the voters a more moderate and a more acceptable platform upon which to build this nation and upon which to better prepare the nation for the future that lies ahead?.
You cannot blame the actions of particular Socialist Party members for your defeat.
Clearly voters weighed the programs of the Conservatives and Socialists in the balance, and found yours to be wanting.
